Personal data submitted through our eligibility form, client portal or email is used exclusively to assess licensing eligibility, conduct the contracted advisory process and communicate with the professional about their case. Data is stored on access-controlled infrastructure and shared with partner universities, credential evaluation agencies or licensing boards only when that transfer is required to advance the client's own process.

We only collect data you voluntarily provide when requesting the diagnosis: full name, email, phone/WhatsApp with country code, country of residence, academic background, professional registration status, and an optional message. We also collect standard technical data (IP, browser, pages visited) for statistical and security purposes.

Data is used exclusively to: (i) conduct the individual diagnosis; (ii) respond to contact requests; (iii) manage the licensing process when contracted; (iv) comply with applicable legal obligations.
